| Hillcrest Springs is a not-for-profit, mission driven provider of foster families, housing and support services in the Northern California area including Shasta, Tehama and Butte counties. Hillcrest Springs was started in 1996 to serve foster parents and foster children. As we welcome more foster parents, we are committed to providing our high quality of service. We work as a TEAM with Children and Family Services social workers and probation officers to reunify children with their families. When reunification is not possible, we work together to develop a permanent plan for the children. Our TEAM approach is one reason case workers call us for placements. We work with all members of a child's support team (biological parents, foster parents, social workers, probation officers, teachers, and others to develop a comprehensive case plan. We are a small agency which allows us to offer continuity of care for parents and children. We provide customized case management for each child, weekly contact for parents and counseling for children, parents and foster parents. |
